Spinach and Blueberry Granola Smoothie

Happy Friday!

I usually replace my breakfast or sometimes dinner for a smoothie time. Its so much faster and easy to make and it has a lot of benefits, first you are eating healthier, and it actually fills you up, as you guys know I use all Organic ingredients and that for me is so important. Yesterday on my instagram I showed you guys how to make my Almond Butter, Banana and Oats Smoothie and you guys loved it, so YES smoothies make for a quick, easy and nutritious breakfast, lunch or dinner. Below is a recipe for one of my favorites.

Ingredients

2 cups spinach 1 small banana 1 scoop vanilla protein (I use Blessed) 1 cup almond milk 1 tablespoon homemade almond butter (optional) 1 cup blueberries 1/2 cup granola 1 cup ice

Directions

Add the spinach, vanilla protein and almond milk to the blender first; then add the rest of the ingredients. Leave the cup of ice to the end. Blend until smooth.
