Spooky Season Fun Recipe

Hey guy, its being a while but hey we are back and just in time for spooky season, Candy is great, but this year, I don't want you to settle for just any old Halloween treat. Instead, I encourage you to bake a few batches of these easy, delectable Halloween cookies instead. They're the easiest and most fun way to satisfy your sweet tooth, delight your children, and get in the spooky Halloween spirit all at once. Oh, and they also just so happen to be utterly adorable, with delightful , orange, black and purple sprinkles galore, and cute designs to boot. Whether you're planning on hosting a Halloween party with plenty of goodies, delighting your children with a sinfully good after-school surprise, or toting your homespun creations to the next PTA bake sale, I have a feeling these cookies will be welcome every single day of October...and beyond. (Only a real Grinch would turn down a Halloween cookie at Thanksgiving. Just saying.) Besides, what's a fall dinner party without a few mouthwatering, memorable dessert options? Your guests won't be able to have just one, so prepare for empty cookie trays at the end of the event. Take a look through these Halloween cookies, grab your aprons, whisks, and cookie sheets, then get ready to bake!

When you’re using colored chips, they often get hidden in the batter, which is a fun surprise when you bite into a cookie and find orange chips, but I wanted them to look really fun for Halloween, so I added orange, black and purple jimmies to the top. I just poured some of the jimmies in a custard cup and dipped the tops of the cookie dough in the jimmies before baking.
